No need to worry! All of our installations include free service calls and repairs for the entire season. Just give us a quick call or message, and we’ll send a technician to fix or replace any lights that stop working.
Are your lights weather-resistant?
Yes! All of our lighting and installation materials are commercial-grade and built to withstand Colorado’s unpredictable winter weather — including snow, wind, and freezing temperatures. Every bulb, clip, and cord is designed for outdoor use to ensure a bright, reliable display all season long.
When do you take down the lights?
After the holidays, we’ll return to carefully remove, label, and organize your lights — typically starting in early January. We’ll even store them for you free of charge, so they’re ready and waiting for next season.
How early should I schedule my installation?
We recommend booking your installation as early as possible — ideally in October or early November — to secure your preferred date before the busy season. Early scheduling also ensures your lights are up and shining before the first big snow! We typically begin installations in early November and continue through early-December, weather permitting.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Nope! As long as we have access to the areas where lights will be installed and an available outdoor outlet, you don’t need to be home. Our team will complete the setup safely and efficiently, and you’ll return to a perfectly lit home ready for the holidays.
