No, none of our services are contractual.  If you decide you would like to skip any services, please just let us know before we get to the property.

Routes are based off of zip code, once we know we will be in your neighborhood, you will receive an email notification 24-48 hours in advance to let you know the scheduled date.

At the start of each season, you have the option to prepay for the entire season at a discounted rate or we leave an invoice at your property as services are completed.  We accept recognized credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Payments can be processed through your online customer portal, over the phone, or in-person at our office.

If the technicians notice anything abnormal while they are servicing the property, they send pictures back to the office for evaluation. After reviewing the photos recommendations are relayed back to the customer.

Yes, all programs can be customized to meet the needs of your yard.

Absolutely. As a customer, you will receive our newsletter with best practices and recommendations for watering, mowing, and disease control. The newsletter also includes alerts for seasonal landscape issues.
